    Shipping Policy

    1. SHIPPING METHOD

    EDB for battery products
    FEDEX for liquid or powder products
    DHL or UPS for other products

    2. SHIPPING OPTIONS

    2.1 DHL

    Delivery time is 3–7 working days, excluding the shipment pickup date. Clients are responsible for customs clearance when the goods arrive at the local customs. After clearance, the shipment will be handed over to DHL for final delivery.
    Once picked up by DHL, no changes can be made to the recipient information, and no package interception is allowed.
    To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure the recipient’s address and contact number are accurate and reachable.

    2.2 UPS

    3. SHIPMENT CHARGES

    3.1 DHL

    Shipping charges are calculated based on actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is greater.
    Volumetric weight (kg) formula: Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 5,000

    Surcharges:

    Remote Area Surcharge: Based on shipment weight; minimum ¥258 per shipment or ¥3.5/kg, whichever is greater
    Oversize Piece Surcharge: ¥900 per shipment. Applies to any piece with an actual weight ≥70kg or any single dimension ≥120cm

    3.2 UPS

    Shipping charges are calculated based on actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is greater.
    Volumetric weight (kg) formula: Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 5,000 For multiple-piece shipments: Charges are based on the greater of each package’s actual or dimensional weight (rounded to the nearest whole cm).

    Surcharges

    Remote Area Surcharge: Based on shipment weight; minimum ¥226 per shipment or ¥4.5/kg, whichever is greater

    4. SHIPMENT DELIVERY

    4.1 DHL / UPS

    If the outer packaging is significantly damaged upon receipt:

    • You may refuse to accept the package
    • Or accept it, take clear photos, and report the issue to the local DHL/UPS office to obtain a case number
    • Provide the case number to the shipper, who will then initiate a claim with DHL/UPS

    5. COMPENSATION AND INSURANCE

    5.1 DHL

    • If the shipment has not been picked up by DHL: compensation will be based on the actual item value
    • If the shipment has been picked up: compensation will be shipping cost + USD 100

    5.2 UPS

    • If the shipment has not been picked up by UPS: compensation will be based on the actual item value
    • If the shipment has been picked up: compensation will be USD 100 only, shipping cost is non-refundable

    6. NOTICE

    6.1 Shipments subject to customs or Hong Kong government inspections may experience delays of 1–2 working days

      6.2 Shipments with unqualified invoice information (e.g., incorrect postal code, too many product names) may experience a 1 working day delay

        6.3 Shipment delays during peak periods will depend on the actual situation

          6.4 Interception Fees

          • If the shipment has not been picked up in HK, interception may be requested at a cost of ¥250 per shipment (non-refundable, success not guaranteed)
          • If interception is successful and a second delivery is required, an additional handling fee of ¥100 will be charged
          • If the shipment has already been picked up, interception and recipient information changes can only be requested if the package has been refused by the recipient or if delivery fails
